The controller for this Website is MM TECH DI MANZANI MICHELE, an Italian sole proprietorship providing IT consulting services, VAT number IT04373821208. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected].

Scope and data collected

This is a static information Website. It has no account, contact form, newsletter, advertising tracker or audience analytics implementation. MMTech does not use it to build visitor profiles.

When a page is requested, the hosting and security provider Cloudflare may process the IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser and network details, and routing or security metadata needed to deliver and protect the Website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Delivering, securing and troubleshooting the Website: MMTech’s legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure public Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Receiving and handling privacy or data-subject requests sent to the dedicated alias: compliance with applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients and external links

Cloudflare processes technical traffic data to provide hosting, delivery and security services. It acts as a processor for Customer Logs and Website content where described in its data-processing terms and may act as an independent controller for Network Data under its Privacy Policy. LinkedIn receives data only if you choose to follow the external LinkedIn link and then applies its own privacy information. Google Workspace processes messages sent to the dedicated privacy alias under the applicable data-processing terms. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EEA using the safeguards stated in their applicable contractual and data-processing terms.

Retention

The Website application does not create a visitor database or retain ordinary page-view records. Infrastructure providers retain technical logs according to their applicable service configuration and legal obligations. MMTech retains privacy correspondence for a maximum of three years when no specific erasure request is made. When erasure is validly requested, MMTech’s operational target is immediate deletion from the active mailbox and synced mail client, subject to data that must be retained for a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Cookies

MMTech currently sets no analytics, advertising or preference cookies on this Website. No cookie banner is therefore displayed. Essential security measures provided by the hosting platform may be used when necessary to protect the Website. This notice will be reviewed before any non-essential tracking or analytics is enabled.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. MMTech responds without undue delay and normally within one month, as required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority at garanteprivacy.it. MMTech may need reasonable information to verify a rights request.

This notice is updated when the Website’s processing changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
